Pennwood Aged Care is an organisation that has supported many care workers over the years to become enrolled and registered nurses and we will continue to support our dedicated staff to achieve their goals and dreams, whatever they may be.
We are a not-for-profit organisation which means staff can access salary packaging and meal/entertainment card. These allow you to pay your bills or pay for entertainment (restaurants etc) before tax which can save you thousands each year. This is a little perk approved by the Australian Taxation Office to assist not-for-profit organisations to provide a little extra to their employees.
