My Aged Care

My Aged Care is an Australian Government initiative to help people navigate the aged care system. All aged care services are accessed via My Aged Care.

The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)

The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) help older people access care specific to the individuals needs (residential or community care services)

Seniors Information Service (SIS)

SIS provides free, independent information, support and advice to older South Australians, to those who are living with a disability, and to families and carers about the care and services available to them

Aged Rights Advocacy Service Inc (ARAS)

ARAS aims to promote and protect the rights and wellbeing of older people, through the provision of information, education,support and representation. The Aged Rights Advocacy Service is commonly known as ARAS.

Translating & Interpreting

The TIS National immediate phone interpreting service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year for the cost of a local call for any person or organisation in Australia who needs an interpreter.

Aged Care Care Quality and Safety Commission

Aged Care Care Quality and Safety Commission provides a free service for anyone to raise their concerns about the quality of care or services being delivered to people receiving aged care services funded by the Australian Government.
