Pennwood Home Care
We know that getting older can make living independently at home a little more difficult than it used to be. However, accessing help doesn’t mean losing independence, in fact it’s quite the opposite. When the usual tasks start getting a little harder to do, our professional and highly trained staff are here to provide that extra help needed to assist older people to stay at home and maintain independence.
Help at home looks different for different people. It may mean getting help with shopping and cooking, or it could be receiving personal care to shower, get dressed or get in and out of bed. It may even mean getting modifications to improve safety and movement around the house.
How do we help you with our home care services?
We work with our clients to identify their care needs and help them decide how best to spend their package funding. We then coordinate and manage services on their behalf while always respecting their choices and preferences.
