Pennwood Residential Care
Residential Aged Care is for older people who can no longer live independently at home. The Australian Government funds residential aged care to make it affordable and accessible for everyone. It Includes accommodation, nursing, and personal care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At Pennwood Village, we cater for all care needs, whether it’s assistance with daily tasks such as showering, dressing and toileting or managing complex mental and physical clinical needs such as diabetes, dementia, or Parkinson’s disease.
While living in residential care, residents are free to be themselves and live a life they choose in their new home. At Pennwood, we respect each individual’s unique identity and aim to provide high quality, culturally sensitive care in accordance with needs, goals, choices and decisions.
Pennwood Aged Care Services can support older people to live each stage of the remainder of their life in peace, dignity, and comfort until the very end.
